Described as a “classic fox in the box” striker, in the Paul Dickov mould, Isaac Pearce impressed the Fulham Academy with his work ethic and bags of energy. Monitored at Bristol Rovers for some time, a compensation package was agreed a while before he officially signed in November 2015, due to a groin problem that he has now successfully overcome.
He has been a mainstay in the Under-18 team in 2016/17 season, mainly operating on the right wing, but able to swap to the left when needed. He has gotten himself on the scoresheet, but crucially has been providing assists to the rest of the team. He sprints up and down until the final whistle.
