Jimmy Sharp Scores His Only Goal For Fulham

April 1920 Trainer Jimmy Sharp scored his only goal for Fulham in the last of his 125 games for the Club. When centre-forward Harold Crockford missed the bus for an away game at Bury in April 1920, 40-year-old Sharp had to play. He scored the first goal in a 2-2 draw and was the oldest player to have played for Fulham in the league until overtaken by Mark Schwarzer.
